7 Things Women With A Killer Smile Do Everyday

Want great teeth? Of course you do. So follow this advice.

If you’ve gone to the dentist and walked out of there decay-free, then you know what success tastes like. If you’re on the other end of the spectrum and find yourself having issues with your teeth, then the advice below will be super helpful.

  1. They see their dentist regularly for check up and cleans. The frequency with which you should be seeing your dentist will be determined by your dentist. If your teeth are routinely in good health, he or she will probably see you every six months for a cleaning and check-up. If you’re having any issues (e.g. gum issues, decay), they might want to see you every three months. Either way, keeping ahead of any teeth issues will be less expensive than putting off the dentist and possibly paying through the nose later.

  1. They own an electric toothbrush. Most people who use a manual toothbrush do a good job at brushing their teeth but unintentionally neglect the part of where the gums and the teeth meet. It’s hard to suddenly change a habit that you’ve been doing for X amount of years. Rather than learning a new brushing technique which, let’s face you are not going to adopt or you’ll just forget, I recommend you buy an electric toothbrush. It does the hard work for you. Go to Leading The Way In Results Driven Care for more information of electric toothbrushes.

  1. They floss daily.  Yes, it’s hard. Yes, it’s a hard habit to get into. It’s like some people got into the habit of reading from a young age. For adults who have never gotten into the habit of reading, it’s really hard to get into that habit. The flossing is just as hard, if not harder. Do not underestimate the difficulty of flossing. 1. They bleach their teeth every 6-12 months. Once you bleach your teeth, it is recommended to do maintenance on your teeth every 6-12 months, whitening them with an at-home top-up kit. A great tip is keeping some top-up bleach trays for special occasions, such as a wedding or a party, when you really need to boost your smile and give your face just a pop of OOMPH.

  1. They’re consistent with their regimen. With brushing, flossing, whitening, and going to the dentist, don’t get motivated for a week and then fall off the wagon. Consistency translates to less chance of holes and money better spent on online shopping.

  1. They use beauty products that accentuate their smile. For example, blue-tined lip gloss helps brighten your smile. For more make up tips, read The Art Of Illusion

  1. They opt for glossy lip colors over matte. If your lips are glossy, your teeth will look whiter because of the reflectivity of light. Matte lip colors can make your teeth look dull, so if you want to go for a matte finish, rub a little petroleum-free ointment over your teeth to give them shine. For more make up tips, read The Art Of Illusion
