Recipe For A Delicious Breakfast Smoothie

Fast and easy breakfast for people on the go. No compromise on taste.

Serves for 1 person

Basic Ingredients

1 banana (the browner the banana, the sweeter it is)

A splash of unsweetened almond milk or dairy milk

A teaspoon of peanut butter

A heaped teaspoon of cinnamon

3 large tablespoons of plain Greek yoghurt

A splash of cold water for ease of blending

 

Optional extras

A scoop of sugar-free protein power

A tablespoon of chia seeds

A pinch of turmeric

Mixed spice

 

Alternative or additional fruit option

Berries or mango (either fresh or frozen)

 

Method

Blend and drink.
